Ask for a coffee cups and they were never given to me since day two. On the third day I requested for the room to be clean and they said Cove it does not allow them to their restricted which is fine.I have early that morning from the hotel double check my door I am an officer and I left my gun at the hotel room came back for hours later to find my door opened all the way.No one could give me an explanation on who did it they said it was us but I made sure my door was closed all my belongings were in there.

My room was open for about 4/5 hours . I had all personal belongings. Every day we left we made sure our door was locked. To find it open was surprising to us ! Trash was left at our door and not picked up ! Asked for x

Quick overnight stay
A quick overnight stay. Customer service was good, room was as expected. Only complaint would be the pillows; flattening upon lying on them, no support. Everything else about our stay was good.

Lousy Marriot
The front desk clerk was rude and unaccomodating. She insisted on trying to sell us an upgrade in an empty hotel. She finally let us checkin and the next day asked me if I was still grumpy. Rude!!!!! The dark out curtains were broken in our room so we were awakened at sunrise every morning. The first night our neighbors slammed doors all night the hotel did nothing even after we called. Would not stay here again.

Great Stay!
Great stay! The hot tub was luke warm like bath water, it could’ve been warmer and the luggage carts sucked! They don’t have sliding doors so we got stuck using them. The room was nice and so were the public areas though. No reservations needed to be made to swim, which every other hotel around here you have to make a reservation. The main reason we went with this hotel. It was great! Really big
