- Comments based on 2-night stay in Sept.2024. - Per the Hotels.com listing this hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. This is incorrect: the terminal is located on the diagonally opposite side of the island. - My room was quite large but the darkest hotel room in which I have ever stayed. No desk, no safe. - The name of the property is misleading: it does not really have the facilities or 'vibe' of a resort. - Breakfast, served in what appeared to be an adjacent resort, was good. - Staff were friendly, as is the norm for Indonesia.

Although it was our honeymoon, we were placed in a room which was dirty, had no safe, broken and missing furniture, and a leaking toilet. Literally sewerage leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Towels are old, bed linen is old and stained, and they don’t even have pool towels on offer. Staff were friendly. Food was average and drinks at the bar were watered down in front of our eyes… literally water placed into jugs of cocktails instead of alcohol. Beach dining is a lovely location but everything else is just unmaintained.

Frii review

Great hotel, some parts of it were undergoing maintenance. Friendly staff but the drinks/food are a bit overpriced compared to other places on the island. Music is played as loud as in nightclubs at the pool/breakfast buffet at times. Only lukewarm water for showering but was not a problem as the private shower is outside and the weather is quite warm. Not a lot of food options nearby, you will have to go explore elsewhere on the island.

The room was very dark and dingy, lighting is poor. The sheets were clean but the quilt inside was filthy and would have not have been washed in a long time. We had to take the quilt out of the cover as we were too hot and used the cover alone. We had requested a single sheet but one never came. We requested fresh towels but they never came. Very noisy from the loud music with a sub woofer thumping into the night. The room was not the one we booked for, at least not what we were expecting from the photo on line. Teabags, coffee, kettle and creamer powder were appreciated thank you.

Un peu déçu du lieu

Super hôtel mais situé à l’autre bout de l’île y’a ps de voiture sur l’île mais des chevaux sous 35degres qui vous transportes donc peu dégouté mais c’est comme ça qu’ils vivent donc je respecte même si ça ne me plait pas.. prochaine fois je prendrais un hôtel prêt du port comme ça j’aurais aucun transport

A completely different resort to on photos. When we arrived we were shown to a room that was so close to the beach club next door that the roof was vibrating. We asked for another room which again was still as noisy. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend if you want a relaxing holiday. The beach club next door is so close and so loud. Rooms were nice however.

Ne choisissez pas cet hôtel

Si vous avez ne serait-ce qu’un peu plus de budget, choisissez l’un des nombreux resort à côté de celui-ci. Sur Hotels.com l’on vous propose une réduction intéressante, car l’hôtel est en travaux… Et l’hôtel ne trouve pas utile de l’indiquer directement sur la page de réservation, surprise à l’arrivée !! De plus, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience client avec la réception. Voulant annuler notre dernière nuit nous avons effectué une demande auprès du monsieur présent à l’accueil, il nous a fait tourné en rond pendant 2 jours pour au final ne jamais honorer le remboursement et ne voulait pas nous rendre notre monnaie non plus pour un service de pressing. Déjà que l’île de Gili trawangan n’est pas terrible, mais alors l’hôtel ne relève pas le niveau du tout.

Best location on the island. You can hire a bike from right in front, or watch free movies on the beach. We looked at so many options for our stay on Gili T, and so so happy that we stayed here.

Beautiful sunset

Really nice hotel with lovely rooms and very comfy bed. Showers weren’t the best and the food and drink was abit overpriced, however the breakfast at la Carte’ the time we were there. But the pools are beautiful and it’s right on the beach. Much nicer than the other side of the island for a resort.
