    Quick trip

    Most things were great, but several broken or nearly broken machines in the fitness center…bike, elliptical, leg press…made that not so great. Bed sheets kinda scratchy. But coffee in the room was surprisingly good and TV is huge. It was quiet overnight.

    Good staff and clean hotel

    The hotel was good condition, clean. Staff were friendly. The only thing I were unhappy was the front desk at the moment I checked in did not let me know in writing or verbal about the cleaning staff would not clean my room daily. I were aware about it after I stayed for a day, went out and went back room late with the room not clean. Turning out I should let them know upfront within 24 hours about cleaning my room. I am ok with the hotel policy for not cleaning every day but let me know upfront so I would have a choice and not surprised by little things. Overall, I like all the staff, very professional and nice, always smile at me when they saw me. I love it! Hopefully your hotel will always get the best service deserved as your Hilton name.

    Nice staff but too many problems overall

    Because of a change in ownership, I booked a Hyatt and the hotel had become a Hilton two days before I arrived. This led to some confusion with hotels.com and the hotel itself. I didn’t know ahead of time I would have to pay for parking ($30 for three night) in the hotel’s surface lot. The staff was unfailingly nice and helpful but guests almost universally ignored mask signs and no one ever called them on it. I felt frequently uncomfortable because of this, since my daughter is too young to be vaccinated. Moreover, the tub stopper didn’t work, preventing my toddler from her nightly bath, and the room safe malfunctioned with my items in it. I lost time with my family on this trip while waiting for staff to force open the safe. There are a lot of other hotels in this area, so I won’t be staying here again.

    We visit family living in The L's in Lake Highland. Stay here it is so easy. On/Off 75 . Probably our 6th stay. However, drove up to a Hilton sign! There is something rather suspicious about this place, tho. Now they charge for parking, with the lot always full late.
