Service was good but once we step in our room it smelled moldy. The bed sheet and pillows still had someone elses hair on it. One night I got up to get a drink from the mini fridge and i spotted a cockroach. Had to go get bug killer and spray the room to finish our stay since we booked 3rd party. Also our curtain shade for the window had a huge noticable hole in it.

A comedy of errors
When we first entered the room there was a light odor in the air. As we got settled in we noticed rust on the base of the light in the corner, the pullout couch showed wear which later proved to be a damaged frame which rendered it unusable. We had the management come look at it. He tried to get it to go back in but was unable to fix it. He apologized but was unable to move us as all similar sized room as the hotel were booked up. He did offer to exchange the dual queen suite room with a king bed, but that wasn’t helpful as we had 4 adults and two kids. We resigned ourselves to the fact that somebody was going to have to sleep on the floor. I had to go down to the desk to ask for bed sheets for the pullout we couldn’t use so my kid would have something to sleep on the floor, when I got back in the room the fire alarm had started chirping. The manager came back up and quickly changed the battery. As I set up the pallet, the mattress pad that I had received had torn panels where the stuffing was coming out. The manager did offer a new double queen suite for the next day but never followed up with letting us know one was available. Other gripes, the bathroom caulk was pulling loose from the tub, bathroom looked dirty in the corners and the toilet paper holder was off it’s mount. To put a positive on things, the manager said the hotel was recently under new management and I did see a couple boxes of mattress pads that had arrived. So maybe things are being improved upon.

The staff were very nice and the price was right; however, the hallway constantly smelled like cigarettes and the room was kind of worn out. It was in a very convenient location though, and again, the price was very good, so the worn out thing wasn't exactly unexpected. The cigarettes thing was though.

Terrible
The TV in the room didn’t have a cable, they brought one and the TV still didn’t work. They left and said they were going to replace it and they never came back.

DON’T STAY HERE
We arrived around 9 and waited over five minutes for the desk attendant to come in from outside. She wasn’t very friendly and the check in process was very long. When we made to the elevator the hallway smelled awful and it stayed all the way to the room. Luckily it smelt fresh in the room. That way the only nice thing. I check every hotel bed for bedbugs before we put anything down and while I didn’t find bedbugs I did find a wadded up tissue and on the other bed really nasty stains. There was a dead roach in the bathroom and stains on the picture above the toilet. The beds were okay at best. You move and anyone in bed with you will feel it. The topper….the “bedspread” or “duvet cover” was the duvet cover with the bed mattress topper stuffed in it. It was super heavy and very uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and super puffy but your head sinks to the bed once you lay on them.

overall a good stay. when we got in room the tv did not work, nor the room phone. called the desk and the tv was quickly replaced. rooms were nicely updated. the window did not have a blackout curtain so it was brighter than we cared for. recommend chill bar and grill for dinner drinks and music. starwood diner for breakfast

DO NOT STAY AT THAT PLACE
Very disappointed with this hotel. The check was long because the keys wouldn’t work to get into my room. Then once I finally got in my room, it smelled weird, wasn’t very clean, and there were roaches! I immediately checked out and asked for a full refund.

Dirty,Stinky,Roach Infested-Qualifies for a Motel
Checked in 1-14-22 had two rooms. Both rooms were supposed to be non-smoking.1st room was full of cigarette butts and ashes with dirty towels under the sink. Room#2 Roaches were coming out of headboards electrical outlets. Once moved to 2nd room for both rooms Roaches would come out of headboard and desk. I had to ask hotels.com to relocate us this is not a recommended hotel. The night clerk knew about the issues he was not surprised by what we told him he just relocated to another room. When leaving the hotel the night clerk and manager insisted on making things better and giving us a free night, but this by far is the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed at.
