1 night stay with my husband
1 night stay was okay....hotel is minutes from LAX. Reception did a great job check was easy. The only downfall is that it’s across from a McDonald’s which homeless people tend to be around the hotel panhandling. There is onsite parking which is great only had to pay $15 bucks for the overnight parking. Hotel was a little dated but the rooms overall were very clean. The carpets in the hallways definitely need to be replaced. Old and dingy. I would stay again but for only one night. Comfort was a plus.

asked maid service attendant who was on my floor (6th floor) she told me I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels even though she had a cart full of towels. I've never heard of such a thing and neither did the helpful attendant at the front desk. very disappointed with the service here.

Stolen items
My stay was well, but after the first night $200 worth of close were stolen out of the trunk of my car. After trying to ask the front desk in they could look into it, they rudely told my friend they couldn’t do anything about it. If I’m paying $15 a night for parking the least they could do is have somebody watch my car. Yes the door were locked.

The hotel rooms was not clean very dusty, carpet look like it was not clean in years, and the rooms smell horrible due to poor ventilation. The heater/air conditioner Wall unit was dirty with caked up dust and toe nails inside. The manager was very unpleasant. The elevator door was filthy with stains of something that appeared to be spilled on them, the elevator smelled like urine. The same stain on the elevator door was there from the time when checked in & when we checked out 4 days later. They over charged my visit when I was told at the hotel I would be charged a certain amount taxes & fees included but when I checked out I was given a long list of fees. I purchased a few bottles of water inside the hotel, I used my debit card to pay for the water and they still tried to charge it to my room. I had to open my mobile banking app to show them I had already paid for the water. They charge me for parking after checking out, once at the front desk and then when leaving the parking lot the gate would not open, I had to drive around the gate to avoid the double charge. There was a lot of people hanging outside of the hotel smoking marijuana and blasting loud music, blocking the entry way inside the parking lot, there was no security around to secure the premises.

Holiday Inn? Or Marijuana Inn?? Very disappointed
Very disappointed for a Holiday Inn.. they said no smoking rooms but you can smell marijuana throughout every floor. The room next to me which we had a connecting door, was smoking pot all the time, so the smell was in my room as well!! Would not recommend this hotel.

Poor Fri t desk attitude, no help in making a local call, I have only roaming phone. Aldo 100$ deposit is unacceptable. Found out holiday Inn properties consistently lacking customer service attitude.Reminds me of American Airlines. I don't support such enterprises with calluous customer facing disregard.

Person who check me in wasn’t so friendly try to ask few questions that she looked pass n another thing why should I have to pay for parking when I’m renting out room I thought once u pay for room parking should be free I mean whom else parking here the refrigerator inside my room didn’t even work we n pandemic people really no ice Machine on your floor only at the front desk
