Location was perfect for a hotel close to the airport…. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Both when I checked in ( which they accommodated) and checking out at 4 am . The hall rugs are a bit worn but the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for affordability and location.

The hotel has a convenient location, but it could def. use a face lift. Due to location of LAX and a lot of concert goers nearby, there must be a huge turnover...which shows w/ the wear and tear around the property and in the room. Again, some upgrades and refreshing would go a long way. Staff was helpful w/ helpful w/ everything and the breakfast was adequate. Parking felt safe and easy.

I would describe this hotel as good but not great. The beds were comfortable and the room had a good view from the 12th floor. Check-in was quick and efficient and the lobby is spacious and well set up for those waiting for a flight. There is a regular shuttle to LAX that provides very good service. The decor is a bit sparse and it is not in any way luxurious. But it is a good place to stay before or after a flight. McDonalds, Subway, and Starbucks are all within a very short walk.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful (Darlene, Pascual, and Jaime). The security staff were also helpful. The stay was pleasant and there wasn’t a lot of noise as it was located near the LAX Airport. We ran into a lot of BTS Army while staying there, so it made the stay just as enjoyable. I wish we had another dresser drawer to store our clothes so we didn’t have to go into our luggage often. Otherwise, the room and amenities were excellent.
