Good stay
I enjoyed my stay here. I was able to check in a little early. I loved the view i got. The only thing is the hallway needs more light. The only down side was that i would have liked to check out an hour or 2 later since my flight would leave at 6pm but was told i would have to check out at 12pm.

Stuck in LA w/2 kids,hotel cancelled paid resrvn.
I booked this room and paid a week in advance. My reservation was confirmed and the hotel sent me welcome texts and responded to my requests for early check-in. When I arrived, they told me that my credit card had been denied (my credit card had already been billed a week prior to trip and charges were already paid off), they said that my reservation had thusly been cancelled and that they had no rooms available for me. My family had to sit at the Starbucks next door for 4 hours while finding a new room elsewhere and waiting for my elderly mother's flight to leave at 11:30PM from LAX, the very reason we booked that particular hotel was because she was leaving from there. We don't know why they did not honor our Hotels.cpm booking, but we ended up driving 36 miles for another room, because it was a holiday weekend and we could find nothing else.
