Nice but not worth the price.
Room was nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. No one regulates pool occupancy or the amount of noise after 10-11 at night. Grab and go breakfasts were barely a breakfast (small granola bar, small muffin, small water and an apple sauce).

Good that could be Great!
It was a good stay. The pool is great and the beds are comfortable. But the attention to detail needs to be improved. The room need cleaner and some items need to be repaired or replaced: lamps had issues and the shower handle was leaking pretty good. Also, there was no shampoo, only two conditioners.

Overpriced rooms in order to access pool
We stayed in a king executive room as it was the cheapest option that included pool passes. It was a fun pool, but was not worth having to pay extra for an upgraded room compared to many hotels we’ve stayed at with similar or better pool areas. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the price was substantially lower but the short drive from the mall of America was a huge plus. Overall it was a nice hotel but over our typical hotel budget.

Would have been decent if it was CLEAN.
Walls were dirty, carpet was dirty/not vacuumed, and there was a really gross spill down the side of the bed. It was not a stain but something that the bedding should have been removed and washed.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the kiddy pool... super uncomfortable beds, terrible shower/bathroom no water pressure, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t even flush the toilet paper down and was dirty when we arrived. You can hear every little noise and kids running in the hallways all night, there was construction right by the hotel being extra noisy in the morning...the connected restaurant sucked too :/ won’t be staying here again!

The property needs a good cleaning and painting. There were food crumbs big enough to SEE in various places on the carpet and carpet stains. One of the pillow cases had what we hope was food smeared on it (not a washed and leftover stain, this had texture). The paint in various places was peeling pretty badly. It just needs some TLC. The restaurant was overwhelmed w/ only two staff and made NUMEROUS mistakes but the worst was that they used OLD food (the buns were hockey puck hard). Again, just some attention, some one pay attention to what folks order, pay attention to the bread. There were no towels at the pool and no mention of that at check in. When someone told me to go ask at front desk, the person seemed very put out and I tried to explain. One front desk person was AWESOME, super kind and helpful.

I had my child’s 2nd birthday party here to celebrate. We had some people over that were not staying the night and 2 other people with hotel rooms as well. We came to the room quickly to happy birthday and give away cake and next thing we know hotel staff busts in and tells everyone to leave and we were being evicted from the property. Of course we were upset and no one cared to listen. They started yelling about covid even though they were wearing their masks down on there face or not at all. Everyone was wrapping up to leave to go back to their own rooms anyway or back home so everything they did was unnecessary. The even called the cops and 6 showed up. Of course being black this was terrifying and we could have lost our lives over a birthday party.Management was nowhere to be found when the cops showed up the room was cleared so they had to take out word for what happened. I was not evicted from the property thank goodness because I was not prepared to wrap things up and leave so I would have been stranded. The hotel also had a pullout couch with only a BARE mattress that had the previous occupants face mask still there meaning they didn’t even sanitize or open it after they left. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for linen and they made it clear I was only going to receive one pillow,1 sheet and blanket. They also expected us to use the same pool towels for showering. I am disgusted and will be disputing this stay with my credit card company.
