Quaint and cute hotel
Overall the hotel staff were extremely friendly and the facility was very cute and comfortable (especially loved how they had hot apple cider for the guests in the lobby)! However, our shower leaked horribly flooding the floor (which the staff was extremely quick and helpful to have this resolved), 2 lightbulbs were out in the vanity which were never replaced after telling the front desk, and the outlet plugs stopped working our last night (which was eventually resolved during the nighht).

oxygen!
the location was excellent but the room felt close and tight . loved the hardwood floors, though. would have loved a window that opened, to get some fresh air in there. overall, i had a nice and comfortable time. staff was friendly and helpful.

Hidden Gem
This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. It's a nice surprise. The aesthetic is cool. Nice modern design, big clean rooms, full service. The hotel is a little rough around the edges. It's needs some TLC but it still very nice. The service is average. Friendly. Everyone was friendly but they are not proactive or quick to think on their feet. The best feature is the neighborhood. Great area!

Well located, nice room, bad housekeeping
The hotel is very nice and well located. Its street is not to busy and had many nice restaurants. The lobby area is very small since their restaurant takes a large part of it. The front desk team are very nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar for happy hour drinks. We got a top floor room on the 17th but with just a small window and no view. The rooms are nice and big enough compared to other hotels in NYC with the essential aminities. The housekeeping service did a poor job throughout our stay. They just redo the bed change towels and that’s all. On our last night on Saturday the daughter hotel owner was having a big party on the rooftop right above us so it was impossible to sleep. At least they gave us free late checkout because of that.
