not as advertised, pictures not as shown, we will be notifying the Better Business Bureau; gangs were meeting in the parking lot, drunk women with children were in the parking lot after midnight, we searched 2 whole floors and couldn’t find the room they insists was there, barb wire surrounds the property, the car tag shows a message that they’re not liable for anything that happens to the car while it’s parked overnight, there were resort fees not disclosed in advance, they agreed to refund those only but are refusing to provide a waiver for 3rd party full refund, they transfer you to different departments on each phone call and someone else always has the solution but never them, you always get voicemails but no return calls.

Bad customer service. No ice machines
Nobody picks up from phone in room. I had to Google phone number and call them they picked up right away. My fidge was broken. I called at 8 and they said they would send someone out. They never did. Had to go to store late at night to get ice. Cause they took out ALL ice machines yet don't tell or post something about it. They really don't care here Go elsewhere
