Unlikely to stay here again
Area around the hotel was scruffy and lots of litter. Parking fee was outrageous. No evening restaurant service, just ready meals you heated in a microwave yourself.

Not bad for a long layover
Was a quick stay. Service was fine. Helpful in getting a cab back to the airport. Only issues were the ac really didn't work. I didn't mention it bc i was only there for 7 hours. Also, when I arrived after major flight delays, they wanted to charge me 10 euros for a tiny bottle of wine and I just think that was absurd.

Fine for Overnight
Stayed at the Brussels Airport location overnight for a next-day flight home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property clean and spacious. There are limited services around the property, but the neighboring hotel's restaurant is very good. The train station is a 10-minute walk. They offer a Grab & Go Breakfast/Lunch - you pick the items from their refrigerator case. I would not qualify the options as "breakfast" - choices were limited to sandwiches & you have to ask for fresh fruit. In hindsight, I would forego it and just pick up something at the airport, or rely on the airline. The taxi service option was very convenient and saved us time and some cost. The taxi was ready and waiting for us for that early-morning run to the airport.

Our stay was only for 1 night and it was pleasant. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room was a bit small but cozy. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning was not working properly, we called the receptionist and in a few minutes the problem was fixed. We did have a car but did not park at the hotel parking because I though it was expensive. We parked in the street, mind you we saw other cars parked in the street so that’s why we parked. It was on a Saturday and all business where closed near by. We paid for the continental breakfast and I though it was worth it, loved the coffee machine they had. Overall it was a great experience.
