It was (for me) unique in feel and so a refreshing experience. Check in was a bit late - 2 pm would have been better than 3 pm - and the carpet from the lifts to the rooms badly needed vacuuming. Also the bottom of the room doors outside needed washing. I wish Ruby Hotels good luck with their mission.

Noise outside and Soundproofing horrendous.
Hotel was contemporary modern and very clean on arrival. Noise from the streets on a Friday and Saturday horrendous upto 5am. Construction work noise commenced at 6am. Soundproofing from adjacent rooms and floors above very bad. You could hear person blowing nose, baby crying and the 5am shower above. Such a pity, but glad I’m home to sleep.

I really love the location, was clean and the staff was very friendly, although the head didn't work at all and the room was cold all night but other than that very modern and close to shopping area and restaurants.
