Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aqui, la primera llegamos y el aire acondicionado no servia. Nos dijeron que mandarian a alguien a que revisara, y después de dos hrs nos dieron otra habitación. Quise volver a quedarme aqui y a pesar de que hice la reservación para una habitación Deluxe, me dieron la mas chafa que tenian. Las paredes sucias y en mal estado, el lavamanos tapado y con bichos, la alfombra esta tan sucia que se siente una capa que de siente cuando caminas. El cajon no cerraba. La verdad me dio asco bañarme en el baño mejor nos fuimos. Es la última vez que me quedo aqui

En general el hotel es moderno, instalaciones y amenidades completas. Tuvimos varios inconvenientes y aqui los enumero. Nos correspondian 2 bebidas por persona por habitacion y tardaron años en mandarnos un mesero, al igual nos pasamos a la alberca y tardaron bastante para llevarnos las toallas, teniamos que andar tras el personal para que nos atendieran. Tuvimos un mayor e importante inconveniente el elevador se quedo atorado por media hora, en el cual se encontraba mi mama (padece presion alta y diabetes) bastante peligroso, tardaron bastante en solucionar, cabe mencionar que teniamos un compromiso importante al que llegamos tarde, lo unico que nos ofrecieron fue el desayuno de cortesia y nos cambiaron de habitacion. ninguna noche o cortesia en el hotel lo cual fue algo molesto. Sobre el restaurante todo excelente al igual que la comida, desafortunadamente por el incidente mencionado no me volveria hospedar en un fiesta americana.

We had two rooms for our stay my mother was staying in one of them. We had gone out for breakfast they had already cleaned our room when we were back. My mom pulled the cover to lay in bed and she found a roach. I know this happens but it’s been the second time it’s happen to us. Called front desk they didn’t apologize, they said they would give me a call back. They never did, I had to call again ask to speak to a manager explained again what had happen. Again, never apologized. And they said they were gonna wait till check out happen so they can give us a room mind you this is 4 pm, I had to basically beg for a room change for my mother. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never again, I really like the chain because they’re always located in the best area but we’re done.
