We loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are exceptional. Clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. It's proximity to Shin Osaka and easy to find. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service. Room was a bit squishy with an adult and child in together. Had to request an extra pillow as it wasn’t automatically provided. Breakfast a great inclusion. Close to station.

2人で予約しましたが、部屋に設置されていたアメニティは全て1人分でした。その事をフロントでお伝えすると、深々とお詫びを頂き、逆に大変恐縮でした。 部屋は大変綺麗にされていて、必要なものは全て揃っていました。 また、コーヒー、紅茶、レモン水等、自由に飲めるサービスも大変素晴らしかったです。 また、朝食は非常においしかったです。特にチャーハン 立地は西中島の繁華街にも徒歩で数分の距離なので、非常に便利です。超、おススメです。
