Valerio was very helpful in giving us directions to attractions in the area and dining recommendations. The room was very clean and modern but very small. Had a bit of difficulty at time of check in.

The staff was responsive and accommodating. And the location is good, and walkable to many of the main sites/plazas (15-30 minutes). Is a little confusing to get to the room (is more an Airbnb than a hotel) The room was not well maintained (many scratches) and they do a poor job cleaning, especially the walls (dead mosquito stains from past guests). Sofa with stains. If they invested a little in renewing the rooms and better cleaning it could be a good place to stay.

Totally misrepresented. We booked a suite. It turns out it was just a small, very old room. The building is in a business part of town, no other residences, hotels or restaurants around, mostly offices. Aka deserted on the weekends and bordering the busy freeway. They also told us there would be parking available. Of course there was none and we were told we should drop the car off at the airport! I specifically booked this hotel because it is hard to find hotels in Rome with parking, and this property said they had parking. We checked in and immediately checked out of the hotel. When telling Expedia about this issue, the owner began responding and called me "rude" and "disrespectful." Definitely do not stay here.

Clean and spacious room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It isn't located in the main tourist area but is easily walkable and somewhat near the metro. My only complaint is that it is located next to a major roadway and we needed earplugs at night to sleep.

Great property beautifully decorated. Plenty room. Difficult to find as no signs are up. It’s through gate doors. Host met us outside though. First room air con was noisy so got moved which wasn’t a issue to host. Only thing I would recommend would to be to get out some black out blinds or curtains as they let a lot of light in on a morning. Great view out the window as in the river. Rome is a lot bigger than we though so there was a lot of walking to do between attractions! Very hot but fridge was stocked with water which was great. Plenty of parking on the street. Park on a white or no line for free parking all time or in blue lines you have to pay. Would stay here again if we were to ever visit Rome again.
