Good hotel in a good location
Stayed at the citizenM for one night whilst on business in Zurich. The check in process was super fast and the room was brilliant and modern. Breakfast was ok, but overall I was pleased and would recommend staying.

Tech Cold in a Beautiful City
Not everyone likes having to us a "moonpad"to turn lights on/off, open clise shades and blinds oil r have the whole room go dark because you selected turn off lights. Very cold and impersonal. I'd take a little retro in place of the cold milleneal tech. Zurich is a great city. Visited many times. Live the city. Hotel not so much.
