Thanks giving stay 2020
Very friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights during the Thanksgiving celebration. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Parking on the hotel grounds is expensive and you don't have any choices unless you like to walk a lot. Breakfast is also expensive with limited choices. The best thing I liked about the hotel is the cleanliness.

The staff was less than friendly- they never acknowledged our coming or going. The keys never worked (mine or my husbands) as we would try to exit the parking garage. The hotel smelled as though freshener had been used to camouflage smoke- our first room stunk of smoke and we had to move. We would never stay at this property again

Front desk was amazing. $20.00 fee for parking where other hotels near by are free. The room was not clean. And could not get a good night rest. Was located right next to the ice mechanic so kept walking up whem someone was taking ice out and when the machine was making ice.

I paid 20 dlls in the parking hotel and left my other car in the street.. In others holiday Inns the parking it is free..! I dont know why in this Holiday inn it is not free that mean I paid more for the room. You know what I mean??
