On the western side of the mosque, across an open space looking towards it. Plenty of facilities within walking distance. The doorman and Khaled on reception were especially helpful and welcoming.

Outstanding hotel. I really enjoyed my experience here. It’s a little gem. From the outside it’s a little non descript standard. Inside. The decor is tastefully modern ottoman andalucian and blue tints and hues. The front staff are friendly and smiley if a little inexperienced, but I am very impressed local Saudis are working hard for their living. But an outstanding smooth check in experience followed by a room that would rival any standard European quarters. Nice clean sheets, hot water reliable in the shower, with a nice clean living space. Modern carpet with a view of the haram on the front side. Perfect location, if you are slightly late for prayers just run and take your prayer mat out and pray in the courtyard extension of the masjid with speakers for the masjid rewards. Around 10 minutes walk to get right inside the main masjid building at normal pace walking straight across the courtyard. Excellent simple food that works. Would highly recommend for you to stay here in Ramadan, it has been amazing.

Great location, nice hotel, comfort is not good
The hotel in convenient close to masjid of the prophet about 10 minutes walk. The front desk was professional and courteous. However the rooms need to be updated, the AC is loud, the bed feels like a rock. It's not very comfortable. The bathrooms drains smell if you turn off off the AC.

Check-in was not smooth Poor communication between booking app and the hotel. I booked my room 1 day prior to my stay and hotel was not aware of it. They don’t have my booking in their system which caused delay and frustration at check-in. Room size was smaller than the size mentioned in my booking confirmation (32m2)
