Really nice Hotel clean and Great level .It was perfect No complin et all
The hotel had been recently renovated and was not as busy as normal due to the so called pandemic. It was located about 10 minutes from Disney Springs and several other large malls and places to eat. The rooms did not come with a microwave or refrigerator but that was not a concern to us. And had a very nice pool and water slides as well as an indoor pool and arcade 3 restaurants and a deli all inside. The staff was very nice and always helped us when we needed it. And is very kid friendly and is also a good place to take your significant other. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The Hotel was a ghost town, half the restaurants were not open. Main pool was closed
They charged $33 for a resort fee. Charged $38 for valet parking. Wouldn’t give pool view unless you pay $25 extra. Only 9% capacity in the entire resort. Items in the hotel are falling apart and not getting fixed. The Falls pool and spa and deck were closed. I think nothing is wrong with them, they are only trying to save the money for running them. The Sport bar is closed. I stayed there before Covid and we all had fun. This visit, we could not wait to leave.
Very boring. Everything was closed. The waterfall pool, spa, pool deck, sports bar. Don’t waste your money.
Self parking was very inconvenient especially since it's paid parking. You will need to park then call for a shuttle to take you to the entrance. We ended up paying more for Valet parking. Resort fees were pretty much useless since the time of the year we went were too cold to utilize the outdoor pools. The spa was closed due to covid. The shower liner and curtain should be washed or replaced--I smelled mildew as soon as I entered the bathroom. The hotel itself was clean.
Loved the great service and the help anyone was willing to do for us when needed. We would love to come stay again!! Loved the golf course too!!
This was a very disappointing stay. On the weekend the restaurants and some of the bars are open. But during most of our stay during the week The restaurant and then you had to go inside to the only bar that was open. They did not have room service for breakfast except to go to Starbucks during the week. Also, they disbanded housekeeping so you had to request for your room to be cleaned. It was a very disappointing state. Also a couple times we took shuttles to the park or to Disney springs and either did not get picked up or I had to call and remind them that we were there and had a scheduled pick up time.
This was an amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable, very quiet and in a good location. We LOVED the pool, the shopping and food available on site and nearby.
Arrived early for Possible early check in. Not only did that not happen but checked in until 6pm
