On vacation in London
The hotel is undergoing some room renovations and general improvements. We stayed in one of the rooms that has had a makeover and it was outstanding. we had a Suite that even had an outdoor balcony. The lobby and dining areas were very comfortable. Best of all, was the staff. They were extremely helpful with every aspect of our stay.

Disappointed
Upon arrival to our room, the carpets had not been vacuumed and items were on the floor. The TV did not work and we called for service and no one ever came. The shower leaked profusely and puddled on the floor. There was water damage and black mold on the side of the tub from prolonged water damage. There was a grape on the floor of the hallway near our room for our entire 2 day stay. Disappointing stay considering the price we paid.
