VERY POOR GUEST CARE
THE SERVICE TO ROOM WAS VERY POOR. THE TOILETRIES ARE NOT FILLED, WE HAD TO BUY THE SHOWER GEL FROM OUTSIDE.FOR 4 PERSONS, ONLY 2 TOWELS PROVIDED, WHEN ASKED WE GOT AN 'YES SIR' ANSWER, BUT NO RESULT.

Concierge is TERRIBLE!!! They charge over 60% up charge over Broadway ticket prices and are not aboveboard in doing so. Book directly with the theater, you will save the hassle and frustration and still get great seats! The elevators often backed up where you had 10 to 20 minutes standing in line. Asked for view when we booked They said they would and then they put us in an inside room. All we could see was the windows of other rooms in the hotel. Not the view we were looking forward.
