Perfect Stay
If you have the opportunity to stay at Hotel Otavalo you absolutely should! This hotel was 10/10 from start to finish. They arranged transfers to and from our hotel before we got there and helped with authentic experiences once we arrived. We were lucky enough to be there over New Years and took part in the lovely celebration they hosted. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Otavalo for the best welcome to Ecuador we could have imagined!!

There a loud noise and vibration that would start radomly during the night making it very difficult to sleep. The hotel was very nice, but the real purpose of a hotel is to have a place to sleep at night. That was nearly impossible.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at a lot of nice hotels). Beautiful art, impeccably clean, surprising attention to detail and delighting the customer. This is probably the best hotel in Otavalo and the surrounding area.
