A pleasant stay. Location is unbearable since its directly opposite Pavillion. Rioms are spacious and well maintained. However TV channels are very limited and no Netflix, Youtube apps. Lobby spacious but lacks seating area for guests to relax on.

A pleasant stay at the perfect location in KL
The reception staff, especially Danny, went out of their way to help us get a room earlier than the usual check in time. The location of this hotel is excellent and the rooms are big and clean. We faced an issue when the bathroom got clogged but was quickly resolved. The housekeeping could be better. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Check in very smoothly. Clean and spacious room. This is not a new hotel but its decor is updated. Located in a very good location. Shopping in Pavilions and eatery in 8th Avenue in Pavilions. A lot of selections. GOKL free Green line bus go to KLCC is couple of steps in front of the hotel. The Purple line free bus to Petaling street/China town eatery and Central market!
