Close to Union Station
We took the amtrak here during our stay in New York. We have never been here and my main reason for choosing was the proximity to Union Station. It is very close and we would have walked except it was way too hot during our trip here. You can not check in earlier than two unless you want to pay 55 dollars. We were there at 1:20 so we went up to the bar by the pool to have a drink until we could check in. The pool and bar area was nice. Our room was great. The bed can be adjusted with the push of a button. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning when we checked out and there aren't many options on the menu but it was delicious.
