Best hotel in punta cana in my opinion. Staff was nice and respectful and the amenities we’re awesome. Although I would like for them to improve their dining options a little bit. There’s a lot of options, 5 different restaurants and a bar but their options are limited and not the very best. Other than that is was awesome! Beach is super clean, perfect weather (Christmas season) and the room was amazing. My advice though, the hotel is pretty far from the airport, about 45 min so you will have to take a lot of cash cause is really expensive ($60-$80 for a one way trip) enjoy your stay!

Great stay . Staff is very friendly and really get to know you. The rooms worn swim up pool is great. The service at the pool and activities is great. Alberto and his staff at the Aqua Club were superb and Red was a great activities director!The staff that cleans rooms need to do a better job of stocking supplies. Also for those who stay a week there should be more dinner options . Perhaps a dinner buffet that changes every night. But all in all it was a fantastic vacation!!!

First and foremost, the person who stands out, was our butler, Laura. We have used the butler service at other resorts and have found it not very impressive or even helpful. However, this year, Laura was our butler and consistently, on a daily basis, went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She found us every morning and checked on our needs for the day. Then, she had some wonderful surprise waiting for us. The second group of staff that stood out was the Aqua Club Beach group of gentlemen who made everyday on the beach outstanding. Alberto greeted us every morning when we arrive to the beach and already had our favorite seats set-up. Danny Boy, Angelo and Joel made sure all our needs were met while there. Alberto, Danny Boy, Angelo and Joel all had fun, friendly and happy personalities that made our days start wonderfully. The third group that stood out was the breakfast staff at the Aqua Club restaurant. Rigoberto, Super Jandy, Elvis and Julio were always ready for us to arrive and gave us our favorite table. By the second day, Jandy knew exactly what drinks we both liked and made sure they were ready. My wife was especially happy for two different kinds of juice and Jandy had them for her every day before she even asked.
