A good but average hotel for London with friendly helpful staff. The locals discounts at many businesses around Earl’s Court made this stay a great one and I use this hotel again on my next return to London

Needs repairs/upgrades
Stayed here a few times and each time the condition and cleanliness of the place has gone downhill. Sewer smell in bathroom, noisy/gurgling AC unit, everywhere that walls meet floor (in bathroom or sleeping area) it's dirty, hate that they only give you one pillow per person and only one extra in a zipper bag (you have to ask for more), bathroom door doesn't close all the way. I've stayed at Heeton's around London and they are in much better shape - this one needs attention/upgrading...otherwise, slash prices to keep this a budget hotel.

Wouldn't stay again
Definitely looked more impressive in the photos. Accomodation was very basic. My room was in the basement, which smelt of wet paint and was very dark. The room itself was basic. The towels and bedding weren't hotel quality. I opted to have my room cleaned once during my stay and a personal item of mine went missing after my room had been serviced. Due to an early checkout I was unable to address this issue with staff. Overall very disappointed.
