Clean. Enjoyed it. People playing in hallway

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Great place to stay.

Tough getting a hotel down there at that time for whatever reason but booked a King with sofa pullout and when I checked in I received a smaller room and smaller bed. I knew other hotels were booked so wasn’t going to have luck there. Not sure how much more I paid for vs what I got but this would be a deterrent for not using hotels.com in the future. Not sure how that works. Anyway the room was clean and served it’s purpose as a place to rest which is what I needed it for. If I would have been working out of the room or something different may have been a bigger problem.

I was glad to have a mini frigid and microwave. The room was okay for one night. However, the television did not turn on. The shower had noticeable dirt.

Room was small and cramped. Very dated. Poor ventilation and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart.

I can only assume that the cleaning staff got called away and didn't come back. There were only face clothes and one hand towel. No bath towels or floor mat. When I brought this up with the front desk the question I got was: "Would you like additional towels?" ADDITIONAL?! I didn't get the first set, what's additional? Also, the hotel parking was unlit, I arrived well after sundown and was back at my car before false-dawn and NO LIGHTS in the parking lot. Apparently, they were having some mechanical issues. One of two elevators were marked as inoperative and there were portable air handlers. Also, the elevators are not co-located with the front desk but at the elevators, there was no signage pointing to the front desk. All in all, the only comfort was the bed. Oh, and the uncrustables that were offered for breakfast.

My daughters and I arrived to check in. The check in process took forever! We were given a room the door wouldn’t open so we went back to the front desk where they tried giving us two other rooms but another lady at the desk said not those rooms. Then we were given another room. The door jiggled really badly where someone could have broken in, the room was dirty, outdated, the wall was falling off behind the desk, the smell throughout the hall and room was horrible. We left after about 20 minutes to book another hotel that was safer and cleaner.

Tv did not work notify the front desk she didnt know how to work it ..AC unit wasnt working so that made our night uncomfortable as well ..top it off the fire alarm went off 6:30 in the morning everyone has to evacuate the building for about a hour ..overall I'm am not satisfied with jybstay here .

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. This may be our last. The first time the toilet didn’t work and we had to change rooms. This second time we and everyone else in the hotel was escorted out at 6:30 AM by fireman. There was an electrical fire. There were more firetrucks and police cars then I could count. There always seems to be some problem at this hotel.

There was no TV the entire time we were there. When we checked in they informed us someone was working on it but it was never fixed. Breakfast was a really desolate display of carbohydrates and lastly I did not see one employee with a mask on! Desk clerks or housekeeping!
