Great 1st stay
This is our 1st time staying here. Great staff, excellent food buffet, fantastic location, walkable to everything. We had a great view of the pool and river. Fun pool. However, the entire hotel needs to be updated to more modern amenities. It needs fresh paint everywhere including the exterior. There was always bad plumbing smell in the bathroom everytime we walked in the main entry. That needs to be fixed ASAP. Aside from that, we still had a great stay here and would definitely come back to this hotel, hopefully Paradox sees this review and can update the place and fix the plumbing issue. We love Singapore and it was really nice to see another side of the city staying here, walkable to many things.

Great stay!
We came to singapore for our honeymoon and stayed here for a few days. The staff was very welcoming and offered great service not to mention how they have decorated our bed to celebrate our honeymoon! Overall, great facility and location is perfect, right next to Clarke Quay Central and Metro station. One slight downside is that the noise from hallway can be heard very clearly from the room but we slept through most of it. Would still return here.

Caution! Sone river view room photos are false!
Felt I was given the worst view room cuz..I’m a solo traveler from the US. An executive river view room i requested via the lovely photos was a very small glimpse of water and a noisy city street. I had been in 10 hotels over 5 weeks of traveling. This was the only hotel that was misleading and made me feel guilty when I pointed out the facts. They send in sweet talking women to make you feel even more guilty! To top it off, they said I was welcome to unlimited drinks at happy hour. I really don’t drink but a glass or 2 of rube a month, but took a friend up to the happy hour. After we were sexed our wine, a sweet talking woman sternly informed me that I have to
