Average and dated
The place is well overdue a refit, it looks and feels very dated with broken light/bathroom fittings and a very tired looking kitchenette. The breakfast experience was pretty terrible no matter what time you went, just chaotic. Room service was great but the food offer average. The guy cleaning my room was a diamond though, top chap. I had a suite which had a kitchenette but absolutely no kitchen equipment at all, so I could stare at it for my entire trip, seemed pretty pointless having it. Doubt I'd go back but never say never. Worst hotel I've stayed in on that stretch of SSR.

Good but needs major re-vamp
The hotel has a good location for business however its outdated, the lights in the room are dim, the light controlled was broken, the bathroom top tiles were peeled and missing joint filling, the couch looks like its from the car garage sale. overall it needs to be re-vamped asap.

The staff made all the difference for our visit. Ram/Giri/Nitin/Prakash made it a great visit. When we checked in the room we received was not what we expected. We thought there were two full baths through reviews we had read. Ram came the rescue and made it right by us. Giri help with the shuffle and made sure we knew what was where considering there are three buildings to the hotel. Nitin made sure we had the best breakfast experience each morning. And Prakash got use tickets to the Museum of the Future when none were available online. While the hotel is an older property, the staff made it an incredible stay.

The hotel is old and in need of renovation, and they tried to charge a much higher rate than what was agreed on Expedia. It took 3 days of discussions to come to an agreement on the fee. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Breakfast is excellent.

The room was absolutely wonderful. Large room with plenty of space to keep our clothing. The cleaning staff was fantastic. The entire Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The Gym was the best Hotel gym we have ever seen. The only improvements I would recommend is a larger dinning room for Breakfast. The crowds at breakfast are too large for the size of the dining area.
