Nice hotel good central location
Lovely staff, good location. Plumbing system noisy when other rooms used their bathroom but seems to be room specific. Offered a discount but wasn’t issued I have to contact the same manager to get it.

ロックダウン直後の宿泊であったとは言え、マネージメントが最悪。以下のような状況であった。 １ チェックインは１８時半までに済ませる必要があるとの電話を頂いたのは当日の１６時であった。 ２ チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはしない旨の説明は事前になく、ホテルのエレベーターの掲示で始めて知った。 ３ １に関連する事項も含め問合せフォームから問合せをしていたが、いずれも返信を頂けなかった。 これらの情報は一斉送信メールでも構わないので事前に知らせてもらわないと、準備が間に合わず本当に困る。 また、部屋も、暖房が入らず寒い上、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の騒々しい声が深夜２時ごろまで筒抜けで眠れなかった。部屋のコーヒーの補充もなかった。

A pit stop stay before a flight out - literally just used it as a bed for the night but comfortable and very central for a walk out in the evening to see the sights.

More a 3 star standard - no temperature control
Room was cold, no ability to control temperature of radiator. Given a triple crowded room for a solo person who booked a double room. Bathroom was dated with a curtain and a small bathtub, only suitable for standing in not bathing in. It’s not a 4 star hotel, it was 3 star standard. Disappointed 😞

1st impressions of the room where good but under further inspections I found a lot of cleanliness issues, dirty carpet, dirty bed covers ,mould round bath tap and air vent very dirty , hairs in sink and bath , asked for if possible a room with a view but got a huff and puff frm staff member Very disappointed and will not return to this hotel

Hotel was very nice and rooms clean. When we arrived we were informed about the bar being closed at 11pm and last order was 10:30pm. Me and my partner went out for a meal and returned to the hotel at 10:25 so we could one have a drink in bar before going to bed. The bar was still open and we were waiting to be seated in bar. The lady in bar did not assist us and when i approached her i was informed that we could not have a drink and that it was strict last orders. We could not even take one with us up to the room. I understand the current pandemic and the restrictions but this was very disappointing for us.
