Staff were super helpful and were able to get us into our rooms early after a long flight in. The beds were very comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows. The air conditioner was not the best and was quite noisy. Both entrances had a couple of stairs to navigate for access, we didn't see a ramp to use so keep that in mind if you have accessibility requirements. The hotel was located in an excellent position, close to public transport, BC place and an array of eateries. We would stay at the property again.

Perfect location for a quick layover between our cruise and leaving the next day — it was a short cab ride from the port to the hotel; another short uber ride to the Amtrak station the next morning.
