Terrible service.
There was no one to help us with our luggage when we arrived. We had to wait for over 30 min. to get a to go item in their restaurant the evening we arrived. The next morning when we went to leave at 8:33 am the elevator did not work and no one would help us get down the 10 story of stairs we had to climb down. We are both in our late 70's. We had to wait until 9:30 for someone to help us and because of that we missed our plane. Had to stay at the airport until until 5:30 pm to catch a flight to Seattle. Where we had to wait until 11 pm to catch our flight to Orlando and arrived the next day at 8 am.
