Musty smell
The room had a very musty smell due to the water main break they had. Upon check in we were not told about the main break and the mustiness made me and my husbands Sinues and allergies a mess.

Disaster Recover Truck Outside
When we arrived they had a disaster recovery truck parked outside. Every floor had large green fans blowing like they had a leak or something and they were trying to dry it out. Certain areas taped off. The carpet was disgusting. Our room wasnt terrible but had no large mirror. Our friends were on the 4th floor and had paint falling off the ceilings, bugs in shower and what looked like black mold in the shower. The lady working the front desk was quite possibly the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in a hotel. Her attire was unclean and she was very loud and rude when my husband asked a simple question. I would not stay here again.

Great stay
Weve stayed at this hotel a few times, its been the same as it has been 20 years ago as it is now. We love the turtles out back. The staff is very nice & helpful. The hotel is easy to get to, away from the hustle & bustle. We stayed there for a concert at the Hollywood casino amphitheater. Also check out dave & busters for some fun as well.

Absolutely NOT!
We walked in. Waited at the desk for 7-10 minutes before the lady walked in from a smoke break. She asked us what she could help us with. Obviously we were checking in. Then she gives us our room key. The hotel already felt sketchy when we got inside. We decided to take a look at the room, but when we got off the elevator we smelled a sewer like smell. Hallways seemed dark and disgusting the carpet was spiked. The pictures on hotels.com looked pretty good but did not reflect the actual Condition of the hotel. I can’t believe some people rated it a 10/10. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in.

Shuttle to the concert!!
One of the only hotels that shuttles to Riverport. It appears as though each floor is a little different. 3rd floor smelled of old musty hotel, bathroom smelled like old pee, but room was fine.4th floor smelled of candy and 5th floor smelled like cleaner. I have stayed in much worse hotels. A huge shout out to the driver's that shuttled all of us to and from. He was the best and not only funny, polite, but got us to and from VERY quickly. The front desk was friendly and kind. I can't complain, $120 room, free shuttle, comfy beds, HUGE windows.

Worst review I’ve given this place 😞
I was rushed at the check in which was embarrassing- I handed the check in lady the wrong card to pay, checked my app realized this and she was already trying to move me out of line. This is the poorest Stay I’ve had here and the bathroom was worn and dirty.
