Parking days included but it’s not. Hilton charged me an additional $300 deposit on top of my hotel stay charge and deducted $30+ tax a day for parking. There’s no complimentary wifi unless you’re a Hilton Member. The mini fridge costs $25 if needed in your room. It’s been 6 days since checking out and I still haven’t received my deposit return.
Our stay was okay. The shower in our room wasn’t working but it was repaired within 15 minutes as was the dead lightbulb in the bathroom. The bathroom could use an update. The service was very good and everyone was very polite and attentive.
very cheap look room although they charge u for 5 star no microwave, refrigerator, bath tub looks like 200 years old, never will I ever stay at any Hiltons.
Just a short overnight stay. During this Pandemic, can't expect all the extra's but considering the situation, the stay was just fine.
Stayed two nights 5 days apart. The first room was good but housekeeping missed some trash on the floor and in the bathroom. The second night the heater was blowing cool air never got warm and around 7 Am the window area kept making popping noises.
Lifhts in bathroom like being in a cave. Could not see. Ahower curtain too small. All chairs removed from lobby. Had to sit on floor. Ridiculous.
Customer service was horrible. The only kindness and care were at the front desk. Shower didn’t work well. Floors dirty. Food - cheap and store bought. Won’t be back.
The hotel needs to be upgraded. The rooms are older. The checkin was good and hospitality was okay. The room and hallways smelled of marijuana. We had to call for maintenance assistance twice. The heater didn't work. It was warmer outside than in our room with 40s outside temp. The toilet was clogged. The toilet was residential and definitely not suitable for a hotel. The price paid to stay here was not worth it for all we had to deal with. I usually stay at Hilton and this one was recommended, but I'll consider to stay elsewhere during my next visit to California.
