The Hilton staff at the beach did a fantastic job of helping everyone get the perfect spot on the beach. Robert and his team did a great job of accommodating for our needs.

Facilities are great and in general is a good place to stay. The private beach is amazing. I think Hilton can do better with recycling or limiting use of plastic for food and drinks.

Excellent family resort. Close proximity to town, but great facility to just hang out at the pool if desired. Rooms due for a refresh, but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a 3-4 day getaway.

We loved our stay at Caribe Hilton! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. They had ample chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. and everything else we needed. The restaurants were delicious.

It’s a wonderful place to enjoy the beach and the pool, they appear to need more staff for cleaning the rooms in a timely manner. Also, the rooms are slightly dated.

We had a regular room nothing special asked for an upgrade but was told they were sold out. The pool bar was always packed, food (sandwiches) took over an hour. The live music was fun in the evening.

A Wondrous and Family- Friendly Paradise
A Master Class in Customer Service! Thank you to Chris at the Front-Desk who welcomed us warmly to this Historical Landmark during our daughter’s winter-break from college! Our son who studies at the University of Puerto Rico had a great time, as well! Wondrous staff all- around, especially by the poolside. We are very appreciative!

Lovely with ways to enjoy both the ocean and pools. Easy to access Old San Juan and group tours. Also possible to have a car which is best to explore the entire island. It was the perfect place to relax and also combine exploration and adventure,
