Only the lake road separates you from the lake and park where you can enjoy authentic Italian dishes, a glass of wine or an Italian beer or take in the sunshine in the park. The villa offers excellent value sleeping 8 guests to enjoy a family gathering or friends reunion in a comfortable and well appointed home in the central part of the western side of the lake, easily the most popular side of the lake with easy access to villa's, restaurants, bars and shops as well as directly located next to the greenway 7k walking route popular with walkers and beauty lovers alike.
