Sad that there are not wall power outlets for travelers from America, but I believe that's something general in Europe. Serviceable staff. Great to have airport shuttle for free.

No Airport Pickup your on your own: Do not them
This hotel advertises Airport Pickup: They tell you to CALL when you are at terminal 1 Exact pickup location for a pickup. The problem is they do not answer their phone. They NEVER answer their phone so you call and call AND leave message after message but they never call back and they never anwser the phone. So in reality they do not do airport pickups its only a ploy. You will have to catch an expensive TAXI to arrive at their location to the tune of about $ 20 euros. Even on the ride back a customer in the van (Finally) asked to have the Driver for the hotel call them to see if he left his hat in the Lobby. The driver called and to no surprize of course the hotel never answered the phone. The driver made the excuse they were busy and I commented yes busy 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. So I will never stay here again and warn anyone else from the same.
