Underwhelmed from previous stay
I waited nearly 20 minutes as front desk manager was away and no assistant to take up waiting customers. My room fire alarm was beeping when I arrived in the room. There was only 1 full length towel in the bathroom, no wash or hand towels.

1. Key card didn’t work. 2. Stained sheets 3. No towels/washcloths 4. Light in bedroom was broken. Very dark. 5. 2 of 4 ceiling fan light bulbs were burned out. 6. AC didnt cool. 7. Furniture was stained and damaged. 8. Cobwebs across the ceiling. 9. Dirty carpet 10. Trash behind headboard. 11. No mini fridge in tbe "suite" 12. Microwave was from the 1970's 13. Bath fan extremely l9ud from neighbors. 14. No cups/coffee stuff.

Have to say I give a one star.
Came in late at night and the front man wasn’t there which was ok. Sure he was doing something. Check in was ok. Got to the room and holy hell. Toilet lid was sticking. Disgusting toilet in itself. The lamps and walls had stains on them like they’ve been there awhile. When I walked in I took pics just in case they blamed it on me. Whatever substance was on the lamp cover was on the walls as well. You can clearly see they weren’t cleaned in awhile. Maybe the other rooms are better and I got a bad one? Overall the parking lot was ok. Windows were drafty but that’s no issue. Overall $90 for a one night stay here isn’t worth it so all. I can tell the cleaning team is lackluster at best. The beds were nicely made and the pillows were mediocre but I stayed at worst. Good for a one night passing thru or if you’re just tired to drive but overall of pass on this if youre a clean freak.

They didn’t have an ice bin, they provide a plastic bag to put ice. Only local channels, and not trash container in the bedroom.Internet didn’t work at all. The good thing is that allow me to have a late check out.

Please don’t stay here!
Very bad hotel. No elevator. One day of no hot water. No remote. No towels. Extremely dirty. Floor is caving in in several places in room and hallway. Front desk clerks smoke in the doorway and make you wait for them to finish. Feels overall unsafe physically and mentally. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Motels are WAY nicer.

I would choose a prison over this place.
Where to begin... The fact that they charge deposit is laughable. In reality they should provide you a deposit hoping you get out alive. This is the most poorly maintained and mismanaged property I've ever stayed at. We start off with the mirror that was not attached to the wall and came crashing down. In a normal establishment we would have brought this to their attention In this establishment it seems likely they'd use any means necessary to take your hundred dollar deposit. There were no towels it appears that this is common practice here at the front desk had to go to four different empty rooms before they found some that actually had towels in them. Hot water don't even think about it. If you check in at night and I mean late night you understand that this person working there is there for his people skills that is they are non-existent. How they justify charging the rates they charge is beyond me. How the department of health lets this place continue to operate is beyond me. How a reputable booking site such as hotels.com can promote this property is beyond me. Don't walk away from this place runaway.
