Very noisy
Stayed overnight with husband and adult daughter to be near to airport for early flight. We stayed in a suite with a double bed and sofa bed for my daughter. Whilst the double bed was very comfortable the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, very lumpy and she could feel the springs. The noise from the other guests was horrendous, the walls were paper thin and the other guests on our corridor, consisting of families etc we so noisy, children and adults shouting and banging, it was dreadful, none of us had a good sleep and would have had more sleep if we had stayed at home and got up the extra earlier time for our flight. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great staff
As a stopover hotel it was genuinely a great place. All staff were chatty and welcoming from the initial manager on reception to Jenna in the restaurant and the cleaner leaving a nice message. Just being nice is always good - well done to all staff. Facilities great - pool was a must and being able to use with 12yo on a night was a real positive compared to some other “village” hotels! Breakfast a good range of options.

Very enjoyable stay with shuttle service to NEC!!
Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We would give higher rating but when we went to charge our car up on site there were cars parked in designated space not being charged and the one left was out of order. Also a note left saying complementary waters and kitkats were in fridge but no kitkats?! Apart from these issues we enjoyed our stay. Finally the shuttle service from the hotel to NEC was excellent, thank you.

When I arrived, the entire staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality. The courtesy van drivers were amiable and ensured a smooth and comfortable journey to the Hotel. The receptionists were attentive and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. Their genuine smiles and helpfulness set a positive tone for my stay. The catering staff, particularly the chefs, left a lasting impression on me. Not only were they highly skilled in their craft, but they also went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendly and welcoming demeanour made every dining experience a delight. The centre was well-maintained and offered a range of amenities that allowed me to relax and unwind.
