Great prestigious hotel with a revered name, good location, wonderful staff, manned parking lot and a grand entrance however the room I got could use some remodeling, sorry to say.

Pegasus in Kingston
This is the best hotel in Kingston in terms of the staff and the facilities. Really good people! Pool, Tennis Courts, Jogging trail, Great breakfast, meeting facilities,... There are newer hotels, but much smaller

I checked in and out easily. Courteous friendly staff. Five stars for the complimentary breakfast buffet. Try the Blue Moon Restaurant when you are in the hotel.

Property is old and tired looking. Rooms are very tiny and claustrophobic This is certainly not a two hundred and twenty five dollars a night hotel.

Very good
I stay at the Pegasus because they have several restaurant options in the hotel and the pool bar is the best, the grounds are beautiful and the park is right across the street. Rooms are average but the carpet is in need of a shampoo. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Biggest complaint is the elevators.
