It was nice, good breakfast and room was clean. Somehow the system checked me out without me checking out, and the staff had no information on their system about my booking. Fortunately they took my email confirmation, but was a needless hassle.

Family trip to London!
We came to stay in the family room. Very happy with the spacious and clean room. Lovely and helpful staff! Kids absolutely loved the buffet breakfast and their big comfortable bed! Great location to Kensington gardens, Diana memorial park and museums. Number 9 bus is right outside and very useful to get out and about. Would highly recommend!
