New and beautiful apartment
We stayed at the deluxe apartment and it is beautiful, new and spacious. Service staff is all great. When we were checking in, the room was not ready. We were offered to wait at their bar for drinks on the house. Daily breakfast and afternoon canapés were all really tasty 😋 The only comment I have is, the hotel is really pricey 😅

Great staff, great location. Awful room. Not worth £300 a night when you can hear people’s phone alarms going off 3 rooms away. Absolutely zero sound proofing and room was tired and in poor condition with broken tiles everywhere in the bathroom. Bed was rock solid and didn’t sleep much

Great stay in Milan
We booked two rooms with our family of 5 (kids ages 12,16,18). Between the two rooms we had plenty of space. The location is superb and very close to the Doumo. One of our rooms had a little view of the top of the Doumo. Easy location to walk to great dining and to explore central Milan. The rooms were nice and the staff was also very helpful.

The building is just behind the Milan Cathedral, right in the center for everything. The building looks fairly new. Furniture and deco are in good condition. Service is great. Just wish there is a 2nd chair in the room.
