Amara Singapore (SG Clean)

Good location. Love the pool. The condition of the room is pretty old. TV program is showing all the old show. No SCV.

We are allowed to check in early and the check-in staff was polite.

Great location, large rooms, excellent service.

Room Service for extra pillows was terribly slow. Had to call thrice. It's frustrating prebooking of pool can't be done before hand, prior to check in. Also, breakfast spread felt limited and timing of slot given was not adhered by any one. Wait to get a table as well as wait for food was all slow.

We were there for our anniversary. They were so kind to extend our check out time. However, not sure because of Covid short of staff or what, the room is so dirty, the table got dust, mirror was dirty. And I found my bed got hairs. The room is spacious, but the TV is a bit small. For the breakfast, I was quite angry. It was ala carte buffet. After main course being served, my drink still not being served, waited for another 15mins. And the appetizer came after 1 hrs while we chased them for a few times. The appetizer supposedly came as the first course. And funny thing was the couple came later than us being served appetizer and drink within 10mins, I thought this should be the standard lo.

I stayed with my fiancee 3d2n over the weekend. The service was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Had no issue with breakfast on the 1st day. On the 2nd day, we went down for breakfast as usual on our allocated slot 9-10am. Ordered 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks. However, we waited more than an hour before our drinks and mains started to come. This was after the staff who took our orders came and ask what drinks did we order. We even had to keep reminding the staff about our missing orders, eventually receiving our 2 mains and 2 drinks. We gave up on waiting for our remaining 2 starters and just left. Understood there is a huge crowd, but better planning and arrangement can be done in place. And not having to wait more than an hour just to receive our 1st drink and then the rest of the meal. Other than this, the hotel service and quality is great.

The stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Received excellent service upon check-in by Ms Siti and really happy to have our check-out request extended till 3pm. We stayed at Club Room Level. Interior was cosy but a bit dated. The Club Room package also include free teatime and evening cocktail which had generous choice of pastries and small bites and not forgetting Mdm Choong great service. Thank you Amara for making our stay memorable and will definitely looking forward to returning in 2021.

Service was very disappointing.

Check in was a breeze, staff were efficient & friendly. Hotel was clean, room is spacious, though a little dated. Surrounding has lots of food to explore. Very convenient. Not much view as in a commercial business district.

Nice and clean. Its located beside shopping mall and lots of nice Korean restaurants nearby. A little downside is that the pillow is a little stinky. Please clean it well. Overall I had enjoyed my staycation.
