We had to book this hotel at the last minute due to a VRBO mis communication for our 3 night stay. The hotel has a lovely pool and restaurant on the 7th floor. Dining in the restaurant was convinenet and delicious. We only had the continental breakfast on our last morning and it was good but completely over-priced.

Pluses: Accommodation was comfortable though basic. Kitchen was limited yet functional. Climate control was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the location. Minuses: Keeping the shower from spraying onto the bathroom floor was a challenge. Night stands are small. We would return to Miranove but ask for a room that is not above the tram line, which was a little noisy.

Fantastic place for the hotel. Easy to the Montpellier city and a lot to see and explorer around the city. Private parking in the basement for a fee. But the parking is 2 flora down, so would not recomend a big car, as the space is very narrow. The pool is not that big, but okay just to be cooled down and a hot summerday. The room was for 4 people, we where only 3 but would book a bigger room next time, as we needed to pack away the sofabed every day as we could not acces the dinning table and kitchen very easy with it folded out. So that was a pity. Would book again and will book with a balcony as this was very nice to use. And not all rooms have that. The room was overall clean, but we walked around barefoot, but our feets got sorry. Overall a really nice place to stay and good utilities in the kitchen. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Excellent quality accommodations. Unfortunately my room’s location was noisy from the tram bell below and the elevator and staircase door. Barking dog in the hotel throughout the evening. Ask for a quiet room.

The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

L'hôtel est devant plusieurs lignes de tramway. J'y descend pour affaire dans le quartier et c'est donc très pratique car je me déplace à pieds. Pour les touristes, il faut prendre le tramway pour aller dans le centre historique. L'appart-hôtel est calme, le soir il y a parfois des odeurs de cuisine épicée dans les couloirs, mais une fois la porte de la chambre fermé, aucune effluve. Cette fois-ci le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas et la reception a tout de suite envoyé un technicien qui n'a malheureusement pas réparé. Mais le personnel de le réception est très convivial et réactif. Je reviens généralement dans cet hôtel quand je suis à Montpellier pour affaires car outre le quartier qui est dans mon cas idéal, l'hôtel est propre, le personnel agréable, rien à redire.

Cinq appels sans réponse pour trouver le parking, pour finalement découvrir une réceptionniste seule et inoccupée, mais qui nous accueille avec le sourire aussi chaleureux qu'une porte de frigo et avec une amabilité légendaire. Côté positif, la chambre reste dans un état correct. Malheureusement, impossible de se reposer : a 1h30 du matin, la musique du rooftop fait vibrer les murs en parfaite harmonie avec le vacarme du tramway. Une nuit cauchemardesque.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à Montpellier. Le personnel était accueillant et l’hôtel était globalement agréable. Petit point à améliorer : il serait bien d’ajouter davantage de poubelles, notamment dans les espaces communs. Des chambres un peu plus adaptées aux familles seraient également un vrai plus pour les personnes voyageant avec des enfants. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour et ces quelques améliorations rendraient l’expérience encore meilleure
