The staff was super rude, they made me pay for an entire extra night just to check in, in the morning when our flight arrived and then another extra night to check out late because our flight time was at night. The hotel was a rip off. The rooms were o-kay, but nothing special, the free breakfast was o-kay, but nothing special. Their customer service was horrible, when I asked about helping us out with cost and only charging us for one night or cutting us a break the guy had such an attitude with me. The key cards kept stopping working and it took 7 tries every time to get into the room, they didn't give us enough towels, toilet paper, tissues, anything. The hotel needs updating, the staff needs an attitude adjustment and they really need to work on their customer service. When I checked out I told them I would be writing a negative review and the guy behind the counter said, "Good!" - well, glad you enjoy negative reviews buddy. We will definitely not be staying there again and I would recommend to others to find a better place, there are tons of other hotels in the area!

Check in was nice as we requested an early check in and we’re able to get in pretty quickly. The room was ok. The shower was disgusting with stains and hair from previous guests. Our room was never serviced even though we requested it. There wasn’t enough staff to bring us extra towels when requested. And we made multiple noise complaints throughout our stay and nothing seemed to be done about it even though it was clear it was a couple of unsupervised kids from a hockey team on the 7th floor.
