Lovely friendly staff, all of them. bed sheets were a little dirty but requested a member of staff for new ones and they got on it right away! Our heating also broke but aside from those, amazing stay. Would go again!

Great place to stay regarding location. Very clean and our room was quiet. The staff were helpful and dealt with any issues promptly. The Residence also has a deal with surrounding places to eat, so you could get 10% off. Would definitely recommend this place.
