We stayed to watch a rocket launch and for that aspect it was a perfect location. As far as being family friendly it was ok. It may have been that we were there in late August but it felt more for an older population. There was a nice play area for the kids that was inside and the beach access is perfect . I was under the impression that I would have a balcony facing the beach and that was not the case. I also thought from the pictures that the pool was in front of the beach and it is not. The pool was clean but the splash pad appeared broken with only 4 jets working. Otherwise I would stay again for a rocket launch because we could literally walk out onto the beach 10 minutes before and it was a perfect location to watch it.

The resort is five star perfect. It is our favorite place to stay. The staff is outstanding and there are lots of activities to keep everyone happy and busy. The Cocoa Beach area is a great place to spend time in the sun at any time of the year!

As many reviews state, the place was spacious and clean. HOWEVER, all the lights in the condo are those bright white lights, like a hospital operating room. Also, some of the people at the front desk are not as helpful and friendly as most places are. Lastly, the check out rules are long and strict and they expect you to be out by 10am sharp. They are super unpleasant any minute past that and due to the clean up/ checkout procedures you’re expected to do, if you have kids, you basically have until 9am. We definitely expect better from our vacations.

Ocean was only visible by leaning out and looking right from the balcony- but we were super impressed on how clean the room and patio area was. Nice room and bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen area was. Kitchen area was nicely equipped as well.
