Just ok
Staff were very nice and accommodating, but the beds were so very uncomfortable. Hardly had any sleep. The TVs would turn on in the middle of the night every night. The tube was apparently under us because from like 6am until 10 or 11 (whenever it stopped running) we could hear and feel the rumbling. And we have been to London before and never experienced this. The shower would overflow all over the bathroom floor. It definitely was not worth $950 a night (which might be high because of the Jubilee).

Lovely hotel, great location and very nice service. My room was particularly loud (faced the street on ground floor and also under a staircase I think, so lots of overhead noise. But otherwise really like the hotel and would definitely book again.

Lovely Hotel
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Room was lovely although looked out onto a small dark exterior area with a noisy fan. We were disappointed there was no bar service on Sunday - nevertheless it was in a good area for restaurant, Bars and Shopping.
