Worst-Resort was closed despite taking reservation
This was the worst experience ever for us. When we arrived at the facility, we found the facility was closed for over a month. I am not even able to comprehend on how can they accept the booking when they have closed for business. I was traveling to India from US on a vacation and reserved this place for a 1 night stay with my family, hoping for a relaxing stay with my family including elderly parents. Forget having a relaxing stay, due to the fact that the resort was closed, we had to struggle to find a different hotel while we were stranded by these guys.
