Beautiful place with a very convenient supermarket connected to the hotel complex. The rooms were large, beautiful, and offered great views. It was easy to catch a bus both towards Puerto Rico and in the other direction towards Maspalomas. Arguineguín itself is quite peaceful, so if you're looking for more nightlife and activity, you should plan on taking a bus or taxi. Highly recommended!

Great apartments and a lovely space to go unwind and chill. Great for family time!! Spar on-site is very handy and within 20 minutes walk a couple of other bigger supermarkets. Anfi del Mar is 7 minutes by car and it’s a lovely beach if you want a day away from the pool.

Stayed for 14 nights. Lovely and quiet place. Staff was superb and very clean place. 20 min walk to the beach and to the centrum. 11 euros in a taxi to pourto Rico. Main buss stop only 10 min walk. Highly recommend!

This hotel complex is very clean and tidy. Excellently maintained however the location is not great. We usually stay in Mogan and I found the Arguineguin area quite quiet and boring. Thankfully we had a car and it did not affect our holiday however we will not go back.

Really well designed property. The parking is under the accommodation and extends around the perimeter of the property. You can park under the building containing your apartment and there is a stairwell and two elevators for each building. We stayed in a large two bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. There was an ensuite and a separate bathroom. There was an excellent fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There was a dining table in the kitchen and another on th large balcony. The main pool area was spacious, but did get busy. The grounds of the property are well maintained with a combination of plants and some artificial grass. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family holiday.

We stayed 7 days at this wonderful new place/apartment complex. There's an adults only eternity pool on the rooftop of building 4. You can buy groceries at the SPAR supermarket near the lobby/entrance area. Apartments are fully equipped with all the necessities. We stayed in building 6 in 2 bedroom apartment and we loved our big balcony. Rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. I felt like home. The only negative thing is that the location/complex is a bit far from the ocean/beach but it's kind of a good aspect because this way it's hidden and families with children can be sure that this place is very safe. To be honest I realized that I don't need to book 5 star hotels, I rather prefer to stay in apartment like this. Arguineguin Park by Servatur did the best job in providing the best service. Applause! I'll be definitely coming back.

Overall, we were fairly satisfied with this hotel. It is a decent hotel in general, and the reception deserves special mention for always being open, friendly, and helpful. However, there were some frustrating issues during our stay. On several occasions, our key card stopped working, and we had to wait for a maintenance worker to let us in. Unfortunately, it was never clear when they would arrive. Because of this, we missed the chance to change clothes for a golf round and were late for a dinner reservation, which was disappointing. We had booked one of the most expensive rooms, with a ground-level terrace, for two adults. Despite this, we were given the room closest to the children’s pool in the entire hotel. As a result, we were woken up by children’s noise every morning, during the afternoon siesta, and we were unable to enjoy the terrace at all due to constant shouting and play noise. This felt inappropriate given the room category and price. On the positive side, the adults-only pool was excellent: a calm and pleasant atmosphere, with a good bar menu for lunch. It was also convenient to have a grocery store very close to the hotel, although it was unexpectedly closed without notice on one occasion. We were unable to reserve a garage parking space in advance, but this turned out not to be an issue. There was plenty of parking available, and the elevator access directly to our floor made it easy to manage luggage. In summary, an okay hotel with friendly staff
