I ALWAYS receive the best customer service when I stay here! I come from out-of-town every holiday and on-off. I thoroughly enjoy staying here immensely! My room is definitely outdated, (which causes it to have a bohemian, 1980's, unclean smell and facade), but the rooms are actually cleaned, sanitized and comfortable! Weekends are PACKED there, but during the weekday it's very quiet and comfortable! Definitely a 5 star place because of friendliness, ease and convenience!

The description of the hotel stated it was smoke free. Walked into the lobby and was knocked down by smoke! The rooms were even worse, The sign on the room door that says “Non smoking room?” A lie. Terrible hotel! Won’t be staying there again!

The pictures on the web site are deceiving it looks nice and new but the hotel is old and it needs a complete renovation. Couldn't sleep because the air conditioner was so loud it was horrible. will not be coming back to this facility.

The non-smoking pet room smelled like cigarette smoke. Overpriced for what you get - it’s worth the extra $50-100 to stay in a nicer hotel closer to downtown.

I liked how easy the check in and check out process was. The parking was close to the building, and the overall appearance of the building was relatively clean. I didn't like the smell of smoke as soon as you walk into the hotel lobby. That's to be expected with a smoking hotel, but it isn't what you want to smell first.
