Deliberate misguidance and disservice
Our stay was due to long stop over and so we took hotel to sleep as it was 12:30am when we landed, a total waste of money. Onsite a free shuttle service was promised, none was available. No signs or instructions In calling the hotel, not enough instructions were given. We were in a strange city in a different country after midnight with no one at airport to help. After walking around for 45 mins and going back and forth finally found how to get to hotel entrance. Couldn’t check in via laptop placed at front entrance, had to wait for someone to help us. When asked about when to get to airport next morning was told 3hrs before, when we mentioned we are transit passengers with boarding passes and no luggage was told airport security is under staffed and there are long lines. We arrived at airport there were 30 security agents and 3 passengers in line (us 3) This is extremely poor service and even deliberate misguidance. I will not use this service / hotel again Will not recommend and even tell friends not to use We got a total of 3 hrs to sleep in a 10 hr stopover after paying $217

Slow check in, bed too small
The hotel is in a convenient location, although not easy to find with construction that is taking place at Arlanda. Check in took a long time as no machines were working, and there were only 2 members of staff. Not ideal when you land after midnight! The bed was also a bit too small so we didn't have a great sleep. Breakfast was very good though and easy to get to the car rental area the next morning.
